Yoga classes

I teach regular flexibility for pole classes and one-off workshops at Exotique Dance School in Tottenham, London.

What to expect

My classes link movement with breath to find ease and presence in each pose. This mind/body connection will see you leaving class feeling peaceful, balanced and strong. By focusing attention in this way, we develop a deeper knowledge of our comfort levels in each asana - challenging our bodies without force and challenging our minds to let go of expectation.

 

As every human body is different, classes offer variations for all levels of strength, mobility and flexibility, adapting poses to each persons' unique anatomy.

 

I teach restorative, yin, and hatha yoga using the mind/body connection to support and manage mental health and emotional balance. Whether you're looking for practices to soothe your mind and connect to your body, or you want to delve deeper into yoga, I look forward to welcoming you to Dahlia Yoga.
