Hi, I'm Lizzie, welcome to Dahlia Yoga.
In the last few years I've changed a lot, so has my yoga practice, and the world we live in.
I began to crave moments where my mind could stop and my body could relax so my yoga practice shifted from fast-paced vinyasa classes to yin and restorative yoga, yoga nidra, pranayama (breathwork) and meditation.
In a world where we are measured by our productivity too often, I offer these yoga practices as an alternative to the daily hustle and bustle of life. They are designed to give you space and time to breathe, connect with your body and soothe your mind.
